  • Live location (used for nearby vendor search) — Used in real-time only.
  • Service address (saved address linked to booking) — Retained for the duration of your active account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
  • Booking location history — Retained for 1 year for service improvement and dispute resolution purposes.
• Vendor/Care Provider Information (credentials, certifications, documents) — Retained for the duration of the vendor's active profile plus 1 year after account closure for compliance and verification purposes.
• Communication Logs (support queries) — Retained for 1 year to improve service quality and resolve disputes.

Data Deletion:

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by:

• Using the "Delete Account" option within the app settings.
